Refund policy

At The Ascending Bear, every product is created with care and intention.
However, if something doesn’t feel aligned, here’s how returns and refunds work:

Digital products (eBooks, guides, downloads)
All digital items are final sale and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. Please review descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Physical products (books, calendars, etc.)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
To initiate a return, contact us at support@theascendingbear.com with your order number and reason for return.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and shipped back at your own cost.
Once the item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

We do not accept returns for:

• Items damaged by misuse or handling

• Digital downloads (ebooks, guides)

• Sale items
