About

The Ascending Bear was born from a simple truth: spiritual journeys can feel incredibly lonely.

Not because you’re doing it wrong, but because this path can get confusing.

You can read a thousand books.
A thousand blog posts.
Listen to a hundred teachers.

But sometimes what you really need is the presence of someone who has walked through the same things.

Someone who understands the strange parts.
The moments where you wonder
“Is this normal?”
“Am I imagining this?”
“What is even happening to me?”

I created this space because I know how that feels.

And I kept thinking:

How beautiful would it be to have a companion on this journey?

Not someone above you. Not someone telling you what to believe.

Just someone walking beside you.

Because at the end of the day, we’re souls experiencing life as humans.

And humans aren’t meant to do everything alone.

Community helps us on the path.
Presence helps us breathe again.
And sometimes just knowing someone else understands
changes everything.

The Ascending Bear is meant to be that kind of space.

A quiet companion for the strange, beautiful, confusing journey of being human and spiritual at the same time.

Hi, I’m Eva 🤍

The human behind the bear🐻

I created this space because I’ve walked through my own confusing, strange, beautiful parts of the journey too.

The moments where your intuition suddenly gets louder. Where life starts changing in ways you didn’t expect. Where you feel like something inside you is waking up, but you don’t always know what to do with it.

I know how easy it is to feel alone in those moments.

That’s why I started sharing.

To offer the insights I learned throughout the years on my spiritual journey.

Over time this space grew into something bigger than I expected.

A community of people who are curious about life, intuition, growth and the strange beauty of being human.

People who are learning to trust themselves a little more.

And that’s really what The Ascending Bear is about.

Not teaching you what to think.

But reminding you that you already carry a lot of wisdom inside you.

Sometimes it just helps to have someone walking beside you while you learn how to listen.
