Making Manifestations Work

Manifestation is essentially a simple concept, so why doesn’t it always work?

There are times when we manifest with ease and lightning speed, and there are times when we try and try and it’s just NOT HAPPENING…

"The problem is our confidence."

We’ve all been there, and once a few manifestations don’t come true we start losing our belief and confidence. Suddenly, we are not attracting as much and we get stuck in our own minds.

The problem is our confidence. When we are unsure of our own power it will start reflecting on our successes. We start locking down our potential without even noticing!

What is the secret to unlocking your full potential and embracing a more confident version of yourself?

Building manifesting confidence.

Now that we have our answer, we simply need to find a tool that will work best for us in achieving our new goal.

A Success Jar is essentially a 'magical bowl' for collecting your victories.

That’s where our beautiful jars come in play!

What is a Success Jar?

During my recent conversations with my meditation friends, I stumbled upon this fascinating concept that I found to be truly enlightening.

This concept has opened new doors for me in terms of my manifestation practice.

A Success Jar is essentially a 'magical bowl' for collecting your victories.

Any victory, small or big, is meant to have a place in the clear jar.

The concept is pretty simple: You have the Success Jar in a visible place, for example, your desk, so that you are constantly reminded of your successes.

“And trust me, it works like a charm.”

Anything that you manifest and achieve, you write down on a small piece of paper, fold it, and drop it in the jar.

You don't open them, and throughout the year you watch as the pile grows bigger and bigger!

At the end of the year, you can take a moment to reflect on all the hard work you've put into your papers and celebrate your achievements.

Consider setting aside a specific time to ceremoniously open your papers and review them, reveling in the satisfaction of a job well done. You might even want to invite friends or family to join in on the celebration and share in your accomplishments. Just imagine the sense of pride and joy you'll feel as you look back on all you've accomplished!

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE:

Don’t grab the smallest jar ever… taking a small jar already limits you from the start, as you don't have high expectations for your achievements. NOT WHAT WE WANT!!!

We want you to think big.

And then think even bigger. The largest jar you can find accessible to you - that’s the one!

Also, it is quite important that the jar is clear. Or at least it has to be clear to a point where it’s kind of see-through.

You want to be able to actually SEE, (sorry, not yelling) your little papers piling up.

And trust me, it works like a charm.

I’ve tried it out, and I can say it works!

Now let’s get you to start crafting it!

Crafting a Success Jar

It’s DIY time!

Making your jar won’t take you longer than a couple of minutes, so let's dive into the things you will need.

List of things you need:

A glass jar

Paper

Scissors (optional)

Sticky tape

Pens, markers

Sticky notes or colorful papers

Glass Jar - Clear one. The bigger the better. Think 2L or 4L. We don't want to restrain ourselves and our potential successes by utilizing a small jar. We expect a lot of them!

Paper - We need one piece of paper that will be for the title of the jar.

Scissors - If you want to make your title for the jar tidy or cut out a fun shape!

Sticky Tape - You will use some tape to stick the title on the jar.

Pens, markers - To decorate, write out the title in a fun color.

Sticky notes - You can use sticky notes or any kind of small colorful papers that you will use throughout the year to write your successes on and fill the jar with!

And you are ready to create your jar!

Once you have found the jar of your liking, hopefully, a big one, create the title.

On the title you will write the current year and underneath: "My Successes".

Something like this:

2024

My Successes

Prepare a beautiful space for the jar, somewhere visible!

Prepare a stack of little papers and a pen, and you're ready to see your successes pile up right in front of your eyes!

More inspiration: You can use different colored papers for different areas of life. Or use all the colors you have to have a magical rainbow jar at the end of the year! :)

The Success Jar is a powerful tool for reminding yourself of all the wonderful things you have achieved.

By writing down your successes and adding them to the jar, you can watch as your accomplishments pile up and inspire yourself to reach for even greater heights.

With each new note that you add to the jar, you will be reminded of your potential and motivated to keep pushing yourself toward your goals.

And soon enough, your Manifesting Confidence will grow over the roof and your goals will flow like a fast river stream!

Let me know how it goes! If you want to share your beautiful jar, post it on Instagram or Facebook, with the hashtag: #successjarbears

Can’t wait to see your wonderful Success Jars!

Think Positive. Think Spiritual.

Much Love and Calmness,

The Ascending Bear 🐻✨
